## Title: Tax Consulting Services for US Embassy Staff

Position Overview

The United States Embassy in Kigali invites qualified, independent tax firms to provide tax consultancy services for the Embassy's locally employed staff.

Primary Responsibilities

Calculate bi-weekly salaries for all local employees, including tax and social security contributions
Declare contributions on monthly tax payments as required by Rwanda tax and statutory laws
Conduct fortnightly tax calculations for employees, with one fortnight processed in arrears
Coordinate with US Embassy Kigali staff, Rwanda Revenue Authority (RRA), Rwanda Social Security Board (RSSB), and Bureau of the Comptroller and Global Financial Services (CGFS-Bangkok)

Required Qualifications

Qualified, independent tax firm
Knowledge of Rwanda tax and statutory laws
Experience with salary calculations and social security contributions
