AWF has partnered with the Government of Rwanda and communities in the Virunga region for over four decades. Since co-founding the Mountain Gorilla Project in 1981, this partnership has resulted in increasing populations of endangered mountain gorillas and improved human livelihoods.

Assignment Overview

AWF has secured budget allocation for the Volcanoes program and is seeking an individual consultant to develop a comprehensive 5-year strategic plan for AWF Rwanda. This procurement process follows the Organization's procurement guidelines and RFP procedures.

Proposal Requirements

Interested and eligible applicants must submit both a Technical Proposal and a Financial Proposal.

• Technical Proposal: Clearly describe your understanding of the assignment, proposed approach and methodology, and relevant experience
• Financial Proposal: Provide detailed and transparent cost breakdown in accordance with solicitation requirements

Required Documentation

Applicants must submit the following with their proposals:

• Completed and signed Vendor Information Form
• Three performance certificates from similar assignments from recognized institutions
• RRA Tax clearance
