Position Overview

RMS Ltd is seeking a qualified Procurement Officer to support our laboratory and supplies procurement operations. You will play a critical role in managing procurement processes and ensuring timely access to quality medical products through an enhanced, sustainable, and efficient supply chain system.

Primary Responsibilities

• Conduct tendering processes from tender document preparation through contract signature
• Request performance guarantees and monitor their provision
• Monitor placed purchase orders to ensure timely delivery
• Report on procurement plan execution
• Report on pipeline status and supply forecasts
• Process purchase orders
• Perform other relevant duties as assigned by management

Required Qualifications

• Academic qualification in Biomedical Laboratory Science or related field
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
