Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement cohesive multi-channel marketing strategies aligned with long-term growth targets
- Conduct in-depth research into industry trends and competitor movements to maintain competitive advantage
- Manage marketing budgets and optimize performance metrics including ROI, CAC, and conversion rates
- Create and lead specialist sales teams or manage external agency partners to deliver integrated campaigns
- Ensure consistent brand voice across all platforms—from social media to whitepapers
- Identify new market opportunities and analyze customer behaviors and emerging trends
Required Experience & Qualifications
- 4–7+ years in a strategic marketing role with a proven track record of scaling brands (verifiable)
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business; MBA or PMP certification highly preferred
- Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems (HubSpot/Salesforce), and data visualization
- Expertise in SEO/SEM, performance marketing, and social media strategy
- Fluency in English and Rwandan
