Procurement Overview

The Presbyterian Church of Rwanda is inviting qualified bidders to submit proposals for the supply and delivery of 20 cattle for beneficiaries of the Mulindi project.

Tender Eligibility Requirements

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Submit a formal letter of intent to the EPR Nyarubuye Parish administration requesting to bid
• Provide a Proforma Invoice detailing the unit price of cattle and total cost
• Possess a valid Tax Identification Number (TIN) and VAT registration
• Hold a valid Trade Register (Registre de Commerce)
• Have no outstanding tax obligations with the Rwanda Revenue Authority
• Have no outstanding obligations with the Rwanda Social Security Board (RSSB)
• Demonstrate proven experience supplying livestock, with at least 3 references from previous clients authenticated by a notary
• Provide a bank letter confirming capacity to execute the contract
• Commit to payment through an Operations Partner account at Kigali Bank upon project completion
• Possess a machine-generated Billing Receipt approved by the Rwanda Revenue Authority
• Submit a photocopy of the company owner's national identification document

Submission Deadline

Bidders must submit their proposals by February 24, 2026 at 5:00 PM. Bid opening and winner announcement will take place on February 25, 2026 at 10:00 AM. The successful bidder will be notified in writing regarding contract signature details.
