Item Specifications

360 Degree Conferencing Unit for Small Rooms

This equipment is intended for use in modern meeting rooms to enable high-quality hybrid or remote meetings. Vendors are invited to supply a plug-and-play conference device that integrates a 360° camera, microphone, and speaker system, with intelligent meeting features.

Technical Requirements

Camera:

• Resolution: Full HD 1080p
• Coverage: 360-degree field of view (captures the entire room)
• Automatically focuses on and frames the active speaker

Microphones:

• Built-in microphone array with 360° audio pickup
• Minimum audio capture range: up to 5 meters radius
• Designed to clearly capture voices around a standard meeting table

Speakers:

• Integrated speaker(s) for room-wide sound distribution
• Clear playback for remote participants' audio

Connectivity:

• Plug-and-play via USB (Type-C or Type-A)
• Compatible with Windows and Mac OS
• No external software or drivers required

Platform Compatibility:

• Works with all major video conferencing software including Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, and Webex
