Expression of Interest – Construction of WSS Works

World Vision is a child-focused Christian humanitarian organization implementing development programmes across 30 Districts of Rwanda. Our interventions for the strategic period 2026-2030 aim to reach 2.5 million of the most vulnerable children through programming in Resilience and Livelihoods, WASH and Health, Child Protection, and Education.

Invitation to Tender

World Vision International Rwanda invites all competent and reputable companies and suppliers specialized in Water Supply System Construction Works to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for the works indicated below.

Note: Each lot is independent. No bidder will be awarded more than two (2) lots.

Tender Lots

• Lot 1: Water Connection to Home Based Early Children Development (HBECDs) in Simbi Sector, Huye District, Simbi AP
• Lot 2: Water Connection to Seven (7) Home Based Early Children Development (HBECDs) in Gishubi Sector, Gisagara District—Gisagara AP, Ishema Cluster
• Lot 3: Construction of Kageyo Water Supply System Project with Pumping System in Gatsibo District, Akagera Cluster

Eligibility

Participation in this competition is open and on equal conditions to all companies specialized in the field.

Instructions to Bidders

• All tendering processes and bid submissions must be completed online via the WVR e-procurement system (Coupa). No hard-copy submissions will be accepted.
• Interested bidders must express interest through the provided EOI WSS form no later than February 25, 2026 at 09:00 am.
• After the Expression of Interest deadline, an email will be sent to all bidders who expressed interest, granting access to tender documents on the date indicated in the e-procurement system (Coupa).
• Bids must be submitted exclusively via the WVR e-procurement system by the deadline communicated in Coupa.
