Position Overview

RMS is recruiting qualified candidates for Data Quality Field Officer positions (2 openings).

Academic Qualifications and Required Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Nursing, Epidemiology, Statistics, Public Health, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a related health field
• Basic proficiency in SAP/ERP systems

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure timely data input and submission from Health Facilities
• Review and clean data to identify discrepancies
• Report data-related issues to relevant managers
• Support data availability for quantification and decision-making
• Design and implement data quality improvement processes
• Develop dashboards for monitoring data timeliness and accuracy
• Conduct field visits to train Health Facilities on data quality
• Respond to customer queries related to e-LMIS
• Prepare and submit activity reports
• Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor
