Position Overview

INGANJI SACCO RUBAVU is a District Savings and Credit Cooperative (D-SACCO) established through the consolidation of 12 Umurenge Savings and Credit Cooperatives (USACCOs) operating within Rubavu District. Operating under the supervision of the National Bank of Rwanda (BNR), we are seeking a qualified, competent, committed, proactive, and self-motivated individual for the position of Central Credit Analyst.

Job Summary

The Central Credit Analyst plays a key role in managing and safeguarding INGANJI SACCO RUBAVU's loan portfolio by ensuring that all credit decisions are based on rigorous financial analysis and aligned with the SACCO's credit policies and risk tolerance. This position supports effective loan appraisal, monitoring, and risk assessment processes.

Key Responsibilities

Under the supervision and guidance of the Head of Credit Officer, the Central Credit Analyst will:

• Evaluate loan analysis from branches and outlets/sub-branches and provide advice to loan officers at branch and outlet/sub-branch levels
• Ensure loan policies are adhered to for all loans
• Oversee the quality of the loan portfolio and regularly discuss improvement measures with relevant departments
