Program Overview

With support from the Development Bank of Rwanda (BRD), the African Management Institute (AMI) is seeking businesses to join Cohort 2 of the Hatana Wihugure Program—a free, 4-month business development initiative designed to help your business grow.

Over 4 months, you will receive hands-on training, tools, and one-on-one coaching to help you run your business better, manage it more professionally, and prepare to access funding.

• A full review of your business to identify areas needing the most support
• Coaching sessions with experienced business experts
• 24/7 access to a bilingual digital academy (English/Kinyarwanda)
• Group sessions with fellow businesses to share challenges and solutions
• Support to manage your finances and keep your business running smoothly
• Fully sponsored participation—100% free for selected businesses

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must:

• Be a registered Small or Medium Enterprise operating in Rwanda
• Be already generating revenue and ready to take your business to the next level
• Be committed to participating actively, completing assignments, and learning with other business owners
