Position Overview

RMS Ltd is recruiting qualified candidates for Warehouse Officer positions. This role is critical to maintaining efficient health supply chain operations and ensuring timely access to quality medical products through sustainable and effective warehouse management systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct periodic inventory of materials and supplies
• Ensure proper documentation of stock transactions
• Supervise loading and unloading of goods
• Inspect incoming shipments and verify quality
• Manage stock storage and organization
• Process customer orders and dispatch commodities
• Identify and report stock discrepancies or damages
• Support stock replenishment planning
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, Laboratory Sciences, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a related health field
• Basic SAP/ERP skills
