Eligibility

World Vision International - Rwanda invites all competent and reputable companies specialized in construction materials supply to participate. Participation is open and on equal conditions to all qualified companies.

Bidding Instructions

1. All tendering processes and bid submissions will be conducted through the WVR e-procurement system (Coupa). Hard copies will not be accepted.
2. Interested bidders must submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) through the designated online link for supplier pre-qualification.
3. Expression of Interest Deadline: 16 March at 09:00 AM
4. After EOI submission, World Vision will send access credentials to the WVR e-procurement system (Coupa), where bidders will find the complete tender documents and bidding instructions.
5. Bids must be submitted exclusively via the WVR e-procurement system by the deadline specified in the system.
6. Bidders requiring technical support during the Expression of Interest or bid submission process should contact World Vision directly.
