Tender Notice to Supply and Delivery of Drinking Water and UHT Milk for Staff

Invitation to Tender

ISOKO SACCO GASABO (ISG) invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the supply and delivery of drinking water and UHT milk for staff welfare over a twelve-month period.

Scope of Supply

The successful bidder will supply and deliver drinking water and UHT milk to ISOKO SACCO GASABO Head Office and 15 branches located throughout the service area.

Eligibility Requirements

Eligible suppliers must meet the following criteria:

• Be legally registered in Rwanda
• Have a minimum of three years' experience in supplying and delivering drinking water and UHT milk
• Present a valid RDB registration certificate
• Provide current RRA and RSSB clearance documentation
• Have no conflict of interest
• Provide proof of payment of a non-refundable tender fee of 10,000 Rwandan francs (FRW)

Tender Documents

Bid documents are available from February 13, 2026 at 9:00 AM from the Procurement Office, ISOKO SACCO GASABO Head Office, Kinyinya, Kagugu KG 14 Ave. No. 335, Gasabo District, Kigali.

Bid Submission

Bids must include technical and financial proposals in separate envelopes and be submitted to the ISOKO SACCO GASABO Head Office, Kinyinya Sector, Gasabo District, by March 2, 2026 at 3:00 PM.

Bid Opening

Bids will be opened publicly in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend.
