About Icyerekezo SACCO Nyarugenge (ISN)

Icyerekezo SACCO Nyarugenge is a licensed Savings and Credit Cooperative regulated by the National Bank of Rwanda (BNR) and the Rwanda Cooperative Agency (RCA). ISN was formed through the merger of all Umurenge SACCOs of Nyarugenge District and maintains its head office in Kigali City.

Eligibility Criteria

All bidders must meet the following requirements and submit supporting documents:

• Valid legal registration in Rwanda (RDB registration certificate)
• Official letter of interest addressed to the Managing Director of ISN
• Valid RRA and RSSB clearance certificates
• No conflict of interest with Icyerekezo SACCO Nyarugenge
• Minimum three (3) years of proven experience in the supply of requested items (Certificate of Good Completion required)
• Proof of payment of non-refundable tender fee: FRW 20,000

Note: Failure to meet the above eligibility criteria will result in automatic disqualification.

Financial Proposal Requirements

• All items listed must be quoted
• Unit prices must be inclusive of all applicable taxes and delivery costs
• Partial quotations will not be accepted
