Invitation to Bid
World Vision International Rwanda invites competent and reputable companies, suppliers, and firms specialized in the supply of Sato pans to submit an Expression of Interest. This tender is for a single, one-off contract.
Submission Requirements
- All tendering processes and bid submissions must be completed through the WVR e-procurement system (Coupa)
- Hard copies will not be accepted
- Interested bidders must express interest no later than 04 March 2026 at 5:00 PM
Process Timeline
- An email will be sent to all service providers who expressed interest with access to the Terms of References on the date indicated in the e-procurement system (Coupa)
- Bids must be submitted only via the WVR e-procurement system by the deadline specified in the system
