Overview

Submission Requirements
Bids must be:

- Submitted via the RwandAir Supplier Portal
Submission Deadline
Bids must be received no later than March 17th, 2026 at 2:00 PM Kigali time. Late bids will be rejected and will not be evaluated.
Bid Opening
Bids will not be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives, as submission will be conducted through the e-supplier portal.
Procurement Standards
Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the RwandAir Procurement Policy and Procedure Manual, as amended to date.
