Partners In Health (PIH) is a nonprofit organization headquartered in Boston, Massachusetts, dedicated to providing quality healthcare to poor and underserved populations worldwide. Since 2005, PIH Rwanda (also known as Inshuti Mu Buzima) has partnered with Rwanda's Ministry of Health to improve care quality and increase healthcare access for vulnerable populations. The organization currently serves three districts: Kayonza, Burera, and Kirehe.

Opportunity

Partners In Health / Inshuti Mu Buzima is seeking proposals from qualified and authorized companies to supply oncology drugs and related supplies. Interested bidders from domestic, EAC, regional, and international markets are encouraged to submit proposals.

Eligibility Requirements

• Bidder must not be suspended or blacklisted by PIH-IMB or OnePIH
• Bidder must not have licenses revoked or be blacklisted by the Rwanda Public Procurement Authority or other relevant regulatory bodies
• Bidder must not have ongoing contracts with PIH-IMB demonstrating poor performance
• PIH or OnePIH must not have employed the vendor or business entity within the past five years, unless PIH seeks their expertise for specialized consultancy services based on proven knowledge
• Bidder must provide company name, physical address, street number, and contact details
• Bidders owning, operating, or exercising controlling shareholding in multiple companies are prohibited from submitting more than one bid under this tender
• Submission of multiple bids by related or affiliated entities is prohibited
