Invitation to Submit Proposals

Rwanda Medical Supply Ltd (RMS) has received funding towards the recruitment of an individual consultant to conduct a client satisfaction survey. This Request for Proposal (RFP) is open to all qualified consultants specializing in survey research and client satisfaction assessment.

Scope of Services

The successful consultant will be responsible for conducting a comprehensive client satisfaction survey on behalf of RMS Ltd. Detailed service requirements are provided in the full Terms of Reference.

Submission Requirements

Proposals must be submitted in two separate, sealed envelopes:

• Technical Proposal (without pricing information)
• Financial Proposal (in a separate sealed envelope)

Both envelopes must be clearly marked with the tender reference number and submitted in two printed copies (one original). Submissions should be couriered or hand-delivered to the address below.

Evaluation Process

Financial proposals will only be opened for consultants who achieve a score of 70% or higher in the technical evaluation.
