Sustainable Growers Rwanda is a non-governmental organization (NGO) that specializes in innovative coffee cultivation training techniques for smallholder women coffee farmers, with the goal of increasing their visibility in the coffee supply chain. This organization, supported since its inception by Bloomberg Philanthropies in partnership with the governments of Rwanda, the Democratic Republic of Congo, and Tanzania, has transformed the lives of 86,507 women farmers, creating a secondary impact on 315,901 family members.

Required Documents – Administrative Requirements

• Copy of Certificate of Incorporation from Rwanda Development Board (RDB) indicating company shareholders
• Valid Tax Clearance Certificate from Rwanda Revenue Authority (RRA)
• Valid Social Security Clearance Certificate from RSSB, if applicable
• Confirmation that the bidder is using either YEGO Cabs or MOVE systems
• Valid Transportation License from RURA

Technical Specifications

Interested suppliers should provide their proposal based on the following technical specifications and requirements:

• Type of taxi vehicles to be provided (e.g., make, model, automatic or electric vehicles)
• Availability of services (minimum: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM)
