Sustainable Growers is a non-governmental organization (NGO) that specializes in innovative coffee cultivation training techniques for smallholder women coffee farmers, with the goal of increasing their visibility in the coffee supply chain. This partnership, along with the commitment of the governments of Rwanda, the Democratic Republic of Congo, and Tanzania, has transformed the lives of 86,507 women farmers, with secondary impact on 315,901 family members.

Scope of Work

Sustainable Growers is seeking qualified companies to provide legal services under a framework agreement.

Technical Requirements

Bidders must submit the following technical documents:

• Detailed technical specifications
• Financial proposal
• Quality assurance measures
• Detailed breakdown of prices

Administrative Requirements

Bidders must provide the following administrative documents:

• Copy of certificate of incorporation from Rwanda Development Board (RDB) indicating company shareholders
• Valid tax clearance certificate from Rwanda Revenue Authority (RRA)
• Valid Social Security clearance certificate from Rwanda Social Security Board (RSSB)
• Confirmation that the bidder has an Electronic Billing Machine (EBM)

Experience and Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience in legal services
• At least three (3) original or notarized references required
• Company profile summary and any standard certifications
• Description of legal services provided across multiple jurisdictions
• Team composition with appropriate legal qualifications and professional memberships
• License(s) of practitioner(s) with recognized legal qualifications and professional memberships
