Sustainable Growers Rwanda is a non-governmental organization (NGO) specializing in innovative coffee cultivation training techniques for smallholder women coffee farmers. The organization aims to increase farmers' visibility in the coffee supply chain. Through partnerships with Bloomberg Philanthropies and the governments of Rwanda, the Democratic Republic of Congo, and Tanzania, Sustainable Growers has impacted 86,507 women farmers and 315,901 family members.

Objective

Sustainable Growers Rwanda seeks qualified and experienced graphic design service providers to enter into a framework agreement. The selected provider will design high-quality graphic materials that align with brand guidelines and effectively communicate the organization's message across various platforms and audiences.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of professional graphic design experience
• Demonstrated portfolio of previous work
• Professional and experienced approach to design services

• Examples of previous work completed
• At least three (3) original or notarized references

Administrative Documents

• Copy of certificate of incorporation from Rwanda Development Board (RDB) indicating company shareholders
• Valid tax clearance certificate from Rwanda Revenue Authority (RRA)
• Valid Social Security clearance certificate from RSSB (if applicable)
