Scope of Work

Sustainable Growers Rwanda seeks qualified companies to provide fuel to its vehicles under a framework agreement.

Technical Requirements

Bidders must submit the following technical documents:

• Detailed Technical Specifications
• Financial proposal
• Quality assurance measures

Administrative Requirements

Bidders must provide the following administrative documents:

• Copy of certificate of incorporation from RDB indicating company shareholders
• Valid tax clearance certificate from Rwanda Revenue Authority (RRA)
• Valid Social Security clearance certificate from RSSB
• Minimum five years of experience in the field
• At least three (3) original or notarized references
• Confirmation of Electronic Billing Machine (EBM) certification
• Valid transportation license from RURA
• Company profile summary

Financial Requirements

• Detailed price breakdown must be provided in Rwandan Francs (RWF)
• All prices must include taxes and delivery costs to SGR offices, where applicable
• Prices shall remain fixed for the duration of the contract
