Eligibility

World Vision International - Rwanda invites all competent and reputable companies specialized in agriculture, farm equipment and supplies, and livestock services. Participation is open and on equal conditions to all qualified companies.

Bidding Instructions

• All tendering processes and bid submissions must be completed through the online WVR e-procurement system (Coupa). Hard copies will not be accepted.
• Interested bidders must submit their details through the Expression of Interest (EOI) link for supplier pre-qualification.
• Deadline for Expression of Interest: 16 March at 09:00 AM
• After submitting the EOI, World Vision will send bidders access credentials to the WVR e-procurement system where tender documents and bidding instructions will be available.
• Bids must be submitted exclusively through the WVR e-procurement system by the deadline specified in the system.
• Bidders requiring technical support during the EOI or bid submission process should contact World Vision for assistance.
