Inganji SACCO Rubavu is a District Savings and Credit Cooperative (D-SACCO) established following the consolidation of 12 Umurenge Savings and Credit Cooperatives (USACCOs) operating within Rubavu District. Operating under the supervision of the National Bank of Rwanda (BNR), Inganji SACCO Rubavu plays a pivotal role in creating inclusive financial systems across Rwanda.

Job Summary

The Teller is responsible for providing efficient, accurate, and customer-focused transaction services at the front counter. The role involves handling cash and non-cash financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and delivering excellent service to SACCO members while complying with internal policies and regulatory requirements. The Teller plays a key role in ensuring cash integrity, proper documentation of transactions, and high levels of member satisfaction.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Complete assigned work diligently and on time to produce quality results
• Comply with instructions of supervisory staff and management
• Process cash and non-cash financial transactions accurately
• Handle member deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments
• Maintain accurate transaction records and documentation
• Ensure cash integrity and proper reconciliation
• Provide excellent customer service to SACCO members
• Adhere to internal policies and regulatory requirements
