The company sources machinery from China and France, and raw materials from Germany, Brazil, and China to ensure product quality. BINGO SUPPLY Ltd products have gained increasing popularity throughout Rwanda and the surrounding region. Based on strong market feedback and consumer demand, the company has expanded its operations, opened new production lines, and launched new carbonated products.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain long-term cooperative relationships with large wholesalers of beverages, beer, and snacks in Kigali and surrounding areas
- Manage the complete order process, including order follow-up, inventory coordination, and account management to ensure smooth supply
- Formulate and implement targeted sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly wholesale sales targets
- Collect market feedback, monitor competitor dynamics, and identify customer needs to provide recommendations for product adjustment and business expansion
Requirements
- 3–5 years of wholesale supply sales experience in the beverage, beer, or snacks industry with proven success in cooperating with large wholesalers
- Familiarity with Kigali's local wholesale market channels (such as Kimironko Market) and existing customer relationships preferred
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills with demonstrated ability to independently develop new customers
- Proficiency in Excel for sales data analysis and report preparation
- Fluent in English; Kinyarwanda language skills are a plus
- Proactive, results-oriented mindset with ability to work under pressure and adapt to frequent regional business travel
