About This Opportunity

Access to Finance Rwanda (AFR) and the Ministry of Finance and Economic Planning (MINECOFIN), through the Financial Intelligence Centre (FIC), are seeking consultancy services to strengthen Rwanda's Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Counter Terrorist Financing (CFT), and Counter Proliferation Financing (CPF) framework.

Project Objectives

This consultancy will address deficiencies identified in the second round of mutual evaluation and prepare Rwanda for the third round of evaluation.
