Overview
The African Institute for Mathematical Sciences (AIMS) Research and Innovation Centre in Rwanda invites qualified vendors to submit quotations for the supply and installation of incubator furniture. The successful vendor will be contracted for an initial period of one year, renewable upon successful performance evaluation.
Service Required
Supply and installation of furniture for the incubator space, including the following items:
- Workstations
- Office desks
- Office chairs
- Meeting tables
- Storage cabinets
- Lounge sofas
- Chill seating area furniture
- Standard black office chairs
- Worktables
Scope of Work
The selected vendor will be responsible for supplying and installing all furniture for the incubator space in accordance with AIMS RIC specifications and requirements.
Anti-Corruption Policy
AIMS RIC Network maintains a zero-tolerance policy for corrupt practices. The organization strictly prohibits:
- Offering, giving, or agreeing to give any gift, commission, or consideration of any kind to AIMS RIC employees as inducement or reward for contract-related actions
- Showing or withholding favor to any person in relation to contracts
Any employee contact requesting gifts, commissions, or considerations must be reported immediately to the AIMS RIC Network Internal Auditor.
