About This Opportunity

Smart Africa Alliance has received financing from the World Bank toward the Digital Transformation for Africa/Western Africa Regional Digital Integration Program (WARDIP). The organization is seeking a consulting firm to deliver comprehensive staff capacity building programs in artificial intelligence and project management.

Scope of Services

The consulting services aim to enhance the functional, behavioral, and strategic capabilities of Smart Africa staff through structured, contextualized, and practical training modules across two core capacity domains.

A. AI Capabilities

• Deliver the Cognitive Project Management in AI (CPMAI) v7 certification program, ensuring staff gain expertise in AI-driven project management frameworks, ethical AI deployment, and integration with Smart Africa's digital transformation goals
• Equip staff with practical skills in using AI tools to optimize workflows, increase efficiency, streamline communication, generate content, and support data-driven decision-making
• Ensure strict data privacy and ethical use of AI throughout all training
• Training scope: All Smart Africa Secretariat staff, organized into cohorts of 15 participants each

B. Project Management Skills

• Provide PMP certification training aligned with PMI standards
• Cover project planning, risk management, and stakeholder coordination
• Facilitate official certifications for all participants
• Target group: Technical team directly involved in managing and/or coordinating projects (10 participants)
