Request for Expression of Interest to Renovate Agaciro Offices

Introduction

Agaciro Development Fund is located at BPR PCD Towers, corner KN 67 & KN 30 in Kigali, occupying the west wing of the 7th floor and part of the west wing on the 6th floor. The organization seeks to redesign its 6th floor offices to foster better collaboration and workflow.

Qualified companies are invited to submit their expressions of interest for the supply of materials and work related to the redesign and partitioning of the 6th floor offices. The floor space is approximately 150 square meters.

Scope of Work

• Review of the proposed layout and recommendations for necessary redesigns or alterations
• Technical specifications, including drawings of the new floor plan
• Breakdown of existing partitioning
• Relocation of electrical points where necessary
• Sourcing of materials for the new design (note: certain materials such as doors are expected to be reused)
• Installation of new partitions, doors, and screens
• Painting of the new office
• Supply of furniture including meeting tables, office desks, and chairs
• Compliance with applicable building, safety, and workplace standards

Project Duration

The work is envisaged to be completed within one month from inception. The contractor is expected to work on weekends to minimize disruptions.

Required Experience

• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in office renovation and partitioning services in Rwanda
• Evidence of execution of similar projects for at least five (5) reputable companies in Rwanda

Submission Requirements

Interested parties should submit their expression of interest with proof of required experience. Only firms meeting the experience requirements will be invited to review the existing floor plan.
