Manufacturing Technician (Production)

About the Role

As part of the expansion of its avocado processing activities (oil, cosmetics production, and related products), we are seeking a qualified and motivated Manufacturing Technician to strengthen our production team in Kigali, Rwanda.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out production of avocado oil, cosmetics, and related products in line with established procedures
• Operate and monitor production equipment and machinery
• Conduct basic quality control checks on raw materials and finished products
• Ensure strict compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards
• Perform basic maintenance of equipment and report any technical issues
• Maintain accurate production records and daily reports
• Support continuous improvement of production processes

Required Qualifications

• Diploma or Certificate in Manufacturing, Food Processing, Chemistry, or a related field
• Experience in oil extraction, soap making, cosmetics, or agro-processing (advantageous)
• Basic understanding of production processes and machinery
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Knowledge of hygiene and safety standards
