Inganji SACCO Rubavu is a District Savings and Credit Cooperative (D-SACCO) established through the consolidation of 12 Umurenge Savings and Credit Cooperatives (USACCOs) operating within Rubavu District. Operating under the supervision of the National Bank of Rwanda (BNR), the organization plays a pivotal role in creating inclusive financial systems across Rwanda as part of the country's long-term development plan.

Job Summary
The Human Resources & Logistics Officer is responsible for supporting the effective management of human resource functions and logistics operations to ensure smooth daily activities, compliance with SACCO policies, and efficient service delivery. This role combines people management, staff welfare, administrative coordination, and logistics oversight to help the SACCO meet its strategic and operational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete assigned tasks diligently and on time to produce quality results
- Comply with employer instructions and organizational policies
- Manage and maintain equipment assigned for work purposes
- Support human resource functions and staff administration
- Coordinate logistics operations and administrative activities
