Position Overview
Location: Kigali, Rwanda
Reports to: Executive Head of Risk
Job Purpose: The Financial Risk Manager is responsible for identifying, measuring, monitoring, and controlling liquidity and financial risks. This role ensures that the bank's risk management policies, frameworks, and methodologies are properly developed, implemented, and maintained in accordance with regulatory requirements and the Bank's Risk Appetite.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the development of the Bank's Risk Appetite limits for Board approval
- Monitor adherence to approved limits and recommend corrective actions where necessary
