World Vision International Rwanda invites expressions of interest from competent and reputable consultancy firms to conduct the following services for the Umurava Youth Engagement and Employment Project:
- Baseline survey
- Gender Equality assessment
- Disability and Social Inclusion assessment
- Conflict Analysis assessment

How to Apply
All tendering processes and bid submissions must be completed online via the WVR e-procurement system (Coupa). Hard-copy submissions will not be accepted.
- Interested bidders must express interest through the provided link no later than 26 March at 10:00 AM
- An email will be sent to all bidders who expressed interest, granting access to tender documents on the date indicated in the e-procurement system (Coupa)
- Bids must be submitted exclusively via the WVR e-procurement system by the deadline communicated in Coupa
