World Vision International Rwanda invites competent and reputable consultancy firms to submit expressions of interest for the TARE Youth Engagement and Employment Project Baseline Survey, Gender Equality, Disability and Social Inclusion Assessment, and Conflict Analysis Assessment.

Instructions to Bidders

• All tendering processes and bid submissions must be completed online via the WVR e-procurement system (Coupa). No hard-copy submissions will be accepted.
• Interested bidders must express interest through the provided link no later than 23 March 2026 at 10:00 AM.
• An email will be sent to all bidders who expressed interest, granting access to tender documents on the date indicated in the e-procurement system (Coupa).
• Bids must be submitted exclusively via the WVR e-procurement system by the deadline communicated in Coupa.
