About World Vision

Invitation to Submit Expression of Interest
World Vision International Rwanda invites all competent and reputable companies and suppliers specialized in construction works to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for the construction works outlined below.
Tender Lots
- Lot 1: Construction of two (2) blocks of Latrines at EP Rukeri and EP Mukingi, and four (4) Menstrual Hygiene Management Rooms (MHMR) at EP Rukeri, EP Mukingi, EP Cyahafi, and EP Gasura in the Bwira sector, Ngororero District (FFE Project)
- Lot 2: Construction of three (3) blocks of Latrines at EP Kariha, GS Ruhuha, and EP Kabingo, and one (1) Menstrual Hygiene Room (MHR) at GS Ruhuha in Kageyo Sector, Ngororero District (FFE Project)
- Lot 3: Construction of three (3) classrooms at GS Bugenda, Bushoki Sector, Rulindo District (Tare AP-Buranga Cluster)
- Lot 4: Construction of three (3) blocks of Latrines and three (3) Menstrual Hygiene Management Rooms (MHMR) at EP Mushyiga, GS Kamashi, and CS Nyagasozi in Ngororero District (FFE Project)
Eligibility
Participation in the competition is open and on equal conditions to all companies specialized in construction works.
Instructions for Bidders
- All tendering processes and bid submissions must be completed online via the WVR e-procurement system (Coupa). Hard-copy submissions will not be accepted.
- Interested bidders must express interest through the provided link no later than 13/03/2026 at 5:00 PM
- An email will be sent to all bidders who have expressed interest, granting access to the tender documents on the date indicated in the e-procurement system (Coupa)
- Bids must be submitted exclusively through the online platform
