## Title: Distributor Development Specialist
Job Purpose
Serve as the single point of contact for all Sales Operations across an assigned geographical territory. Manage relationships with Field Sales teams, Sub-Distributors, and Strategic Customers while delivering agreed objectives and targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure achievement of agreed targets and KPIs including NPS, Trade Spend, distribution coverage, call frequency, and merchandising standards for the assigned Area
- Coordinate with distributor teams on stock availability, supply, delivery, and customer service levels
- Manage customer and distributor performance plans with periodic reviews
- Implement, monitor, and update Field Sales Plans for the assigned Area
- Set objectives and lead negotiations with Secondary Customers and third-party partners
- Execute daily monitoring of customer performance against defined KPIs including sales output, inventory levels, and on-time order placement
- Execute Channel Category plans at Point-of-Purchase and support development of Field Sales and Category Channel Plans
- Provide quality, timely demand forecasts by customer and report on market dynamics and competitor activities
- Ensure adherence to Company principles, policies, Trade policy, Trade Terms, Safety standards, and local regulations
- Coach, motivate, and develop distributor sales forces
- Ensure strict adherence to WHO and Local Code Compliance requirements
Required Qualifications
- University Degree or Higher Diploma in Sales or Marketing
- 3+ years of experience in Field Sales, customer service, or marketing within distributor route-to-market channels
- Valid driving license
- Excellent knowledge of distributor management
- Demonstrated ability to lead people with understanding of sales functions and customer service operations
