The Centre for Impact, Innovation and Capacity Building for Health Information Systems and Nutrition (CIIC-HIN), in collaboration with the Rwanda Biomedical Centre (RBC) and other stakeholders, is implementing the "Empowering Community Health Workers, improving gender equity, and enhancing access to care in Rwanda through an AI-powered, digitalized system for high quality Universal Health Coverage project". This project is funded by Expertise France.

Scope of Work

CIIC-HIN invites eligible individual consultants to submit bids for an individual consultancy focused on developing modules for e-training content.

Application Requirements

• Applicants must submit well-prepared application files in two hard copies in sealed envelopes
• Applications must be submitted to CIIC-HIN Offices located at Gasabo District, Nduba Sector, Gatunga Cell, Plot 1603
• Applications received after the deadline will be rejected
• Applications will be opened physically with applicants or their representatives present
