WEAFRI Well Services Uganda Ltd is an oil and gas well service company operating on the Tilenga project in the Lake Albert region. We invite reputable and competent suppliers and vendors to submit Expressions of Interest (EOI) for pre-qualification to provide goods and services.

Overview

This opportunity offers suppliers the chance to establish a working relationship with a major player in Uganda's oil and gas sector. All applicants must clearly indicate their scope of interest and provide complete, compliant documentation. Non-compliant or incomplete submissions will be rejected.

Mandatory Submission Requirements

• Official letter of expression of interest clearly stating the scope being applied for
• Comprehensive company profile including physical address, email address, and ownership details
• Valid training license (for training companies)
• National Suppliers Database (NSD) Registration number. Applicants without NSD numbers must register with the Petroleum Authority of Uganda (PAU) before engagement
• URA Tax Compliance Certificate
• NSSF Compliance documentation
• Relevant statutory and industry certifications (HSE, ISO, etc.)
• Evidence of compliance with National and International laws and standards

National Content Compliance

Preference will be given to Ugandan companies or companies that are approved joint ventures with Ugandan companies in line with the Petroleum Exploration, Development and Production (National Content) Regulations, 2016.

Scope of Goods and Services

Scope 1: Goods Supply

• Assured office stationery (printing paper, notebooks, pens, pencils, files, etc.)
• Office furniture and fittings
• Construction materials
• Safety materials and PPE (gloves, masks, safety shoes, etc.)
• Drinking water supply for office use
• Electrical fittings and accessories (lighting, sockets, PVC pipes, control units)
• Motor vehicles, equipment accessories, and spare parts
• Spare parts for diesel A80 engines and CAT C15 engines
