About VVOB – Education for Development

VVOB – education for development is an international non-profit organization with over 40 years of global experience in strengthening education systems to ensure equitable access to quality learning for all learners. Through evidence-informed programmes, we collaborate with ministries of education and key partners to enhance the professional development of teachers and school leaders across early childhood, primary, secondary, and technical and vocational education (TVET).

VVOB operates in ten countries and has been active in Uganda since 2019. Our headquarters in Uganda are based in Kampala, with field offices in the districts of Kasese, Amolatar, and Kwanja. We also work with colleges and universities in Mbubende, Arua, Lira, and Gulu.

Purpose of This Call

As part of our commitment to efficiency, transparency, and value for money, VVOB Uganda is establishing a pre-qualified list of competent suppliers and service providers to support programme and operational needs for the period 2026–2028.

Invitation to Submit

Reputable, experienced, and eligible firms and individual consultants are invited to submit Expressions of Interest (EOI) for consideration across the following categories of goods, services, and consultancy.

Submission Requirements

• Submit your EOI to the Operations Manager
• Clearly indicate the service(s) you are interested in providing
• Submission deadline: April 17, 2026
