We are seeking to expand our team by recruiting a Bancassurance Sales Officer. This role is crucial in driving sales and expanding our market reach through strategic partnerships with financial institutions.

Position Details

• Location: 3rd floor, Afri-Courts Building, Buganda Road, Hoima, Kampala, Uganda
• Employment Type: Full-time
• Salary: UGX per month
• Closing Date: 3 April 2026

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with banking partners
• Promote and sell insurance products through the bancassurance channel
• Achieve sales targets
• Identify new business opportunities
• Provide excellent customer service
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications and Experience

• At least 1 year of sales experience
• Strong understanding of the financial services sector
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

• COP (Certified Insurance Professional) certification
• CIU (Chartered Insurance Underwriter) certification
