We are expanding our team and seeking a Bancassurance Sales Officer to drive sales and expand our market reach through strategic partnerships with financial institutions.

Role Overview

This is a crucial position that combines relationship management with sales excellence. You will work in a dynamic and challenging environment within a reputable organization, collaborating with a diverse team to contribute to company growth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with banking partners
Promote and sell insurance products through the bancassurance channel
Achieve assigned sales targets
Identify new business opportunities
Provide excellent customer service
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications & Experience

Minimum 1 year of sales experience
Strong understanding of the financial services sector
Excellent communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

COP (Certificate of Proficiency)
CIU (Chartered Insurance Underwriter)
