20 Field Collections Officers

About the Role

Do you enjoy working in the field, engaging with people, and helping them grow financially? Kray Microfinance is looking for passionate and outgoing individuals to join our team as Field Collections Officers. This role is ideal for individuals who love sales, customer service, community work, and building long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and sign-up new customers in markets, trading centers, boda stages, and communities
• Open new accounts daily and grow active customers
• Mobilize savings and investments
• Promote Kray products such as Kabox Kusimu, 120 Days Challenge, and Premier Investment
• Educate customers on financial discipline and wealth creation
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues quickly
• Build strong relationships to improve customer retention and loyalty
• Participate in field campaigns and community activations
• Submit daily activity and performance reports

Required Qualifications

• Certificate, Diploma, or degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
• Experience in sales, field work, customer service, or relationship management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• High integrity, energy, and resilience
• Knowledge of the informal sector is an added advantage
