KT Rwanda Networks Ltd (KTRN) is a licensed infrastructure company incorporated in September 2013 as a Public Private Partnership between the Government of Rwanda and Korea Telecom. KTRN is Rwanda's leading 4G LTE infrastructure provider with a mission to achieve national connectivity and broadband coverage goals.

Since its commercial launch in November 2014, KTRN has achieved significant milestones in network rollout and service penetration. The company currently operates the largest 4G network in Rwanda, providing coverage to over 98% of the national population. Additionally, KTRN operates Rwanda's largest fiber network, spanning over 4,000 kilometers and covering all districts and borders of the country. KTRN's network is the only infrastructure in Rwanda providing technology convergence and enabling value creation for businesses.

Position Summary

The Senior SDM Engineer will be responsible for supporting the design, integration, and operation of telecom systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in databases, APIs, scripting, and telecom network architecture, with hands-on involvement in policy control systems such as PCRF within SDM environments.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support applications within telecom environments
• Analyze, write, and optimize complex SQL queries for data extraction and reporting
• Develop and maintain scripts (Shell, Python) to automate network operations and system processes
