Sales Representative

About the Role

Haven's Nutritional Supplements is seeking a dedicated Sales Representative to promote and sell nutritional supplements across Kampala. This is a full-time position based in Wandegaya, Kampala, Uganda.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell nutritional supplements to gyms, individuals, and retail shops
• Identify new sales opportunities in Kampala
• Educate customers on product benefits and safe usage
• Meet monthly sales targets
• Maintain strong customer relationships

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Passion for fitness and healthy living

Compensation

Base Salary: UGX 500,000 per month

Commission Structure:

• UGX 0 - 4,000,000 in sales: 5% commission
• UGX 5,000,000 - 7,000,000 in sales: 8% commission
• UGX 7,000,000+ in sales: 10% commission

Example Earnings: With monthly sales of UGX 6,000,000, total earnings would be approximately UGX 980,000 (base salary UGX 500,000 + commission UGX 480,000).
