Hard Collections Supervisor

About the Role

A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent. We are seeking a Hard Collections Supervisor to join our Finance team in Uganda.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure that team leaders meet their monthly targets
• Ensure equity when sharing cases with team leaders
• Maintain the country-wide offline process flow of cases and work
• Monitor portfolio performance
• Develop strategies to improve performance
• Coach and train existing team leaders and field staff
• Make various approvals
• Act as a link between team leaders and the hard collections manager
• Monitor agent performance
• Implement overall expense reduction strategies

Qualifications and Skills

• Degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in a relevant field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good leadership and performance management skills
• Ability to adapt quickly and work independently
• Fluent in English
• Loyalty and integrity
