Bancassurance Sales Officers – Masindi

About the Role

Liberty Life Assurance, a leading insurance provider in Uganda, is seeking a Bancassurance Sales Officer to join our growing team in Masindi. This role is crucial in driving sales and expanding our market reach through strategic partnerships with financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with banking partners
• Promote and sell insurance products through the bancassurance channel
• Achieve sales targets
• Identify new business opportunities
• Provide excellent customer service
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications and Experience

• At least 1 year of sales experience
• Strong understanding of the financial services sector
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

• COP certification
• CIU certification
