Role Overview
This role is primarily responsible for driving liability generation for the institution, building and managing strategic relationships for investors, and serving as the single point of contact for new business and existing portfolios.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans aligned with the company's business objectives and target market
- Drive liability generation for the institution through investor relationship management
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with investors across new business and existing portfolios
- Manage marketing budgets and optimize marketing spend to achieve maximum ROI
- Foster relationships with key business partners and stakeholders to maximize marketing reach and impact
- Collaborate with Business Development, Product Development, Sales, and Operations teams to ensure alignment and execution of marketing initiatives
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing the company's values and maintaining consistent brand identity with investors and potential investors
- Develop and implement a business development plan to improve assets, retention of financial investments, and manage withdrawal attrition
- Create and implement business plans for identified target markets with specific volume targets to drive high volumes of new deposits
- Source new HNI (High Net Worth Individual) clients and Corporate Businesses, persuading them to make financial investments
- Create and enhance new methods for rewarding investors
