A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual for this role.
Position Overview:
- We are seeking an experienced Wealth Management Officer in a client-facing role who would be responsible for originating and managing client relationships, mobilising funds across One17 Capital’s investment platforms, and delivering holistic wealth management solutions. The role blends relationship management, advisory-led sales, and commercial execution.
- Owning and managing end-to-end client relationships across retail, HNI, and institutional segments
- Mobilising funds across One17 Capital’s diverse investment products and platforms
- Conducting deep client discovery to understand financial objectives, risk appetite, and constraints
- Positioning appropriate wealth management, portfolio advisory, and fund solutions to clients
- Converting client engagements into mandates and investment allocations
- Driving client acquisition, retention, and AUM growth
- Acting as the primary interface between clients and internal portfolio, fund, and operations teams
- Leading client meetings, solution presentations, and ongoing relationship reviews
- Representing One17 Capital in senior-level client and business engagements
- Contributing to group-wide revenue growth through the origination of client engagements across One17 Capital’s broader platform.
- Ensuring all activities align with regulatory, governance, and Shariah frameworks
- 5-7 plus years’ experience in wealth management, private banking, asset management, or investment distribution
- Proven ability to mobilise funds and assets across various investment & financial products
- Strong understanding of investment products, portfolio concepts, and advisory frameworks
- Demonstrated ability to engage clients in wealth management conversations, providing advisory-led, solution-oriented guidance across their financial objectives
- Executive presence with strong communication and relationship management skills
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills, able to cultivate and leverage both professional and personal networks to generate business opportunities
- MBA or related advanced degrees is a plus
- Experience/Knowledge in Islamic finance or ethical investments is an advantage
