Design and Planning Responsibilities

• Participate in overall planning of industrial parks and water and electricity design for individual factory buildings
• Provide technical input for water supply and drainage systems, strong and weak current systems, power distribution, and lighting systems
• Review construction drawings from design institutes to ensure compliance with national standards, industrial codes, and client requirements
• Plan power supply capacity, water supply and drainage networks, and fire protection systems based on industrial positioning and manufacturing type
• Assist Project Manager in preparing water and electricity budgets and engineering quantity calculations

Construction Management Responsibilities

• Prepare construction organization designs, work plans, and technical disclosure documents for water and electricity works
• Supervise contractors to follow approved drawings; inspect quality and safety of piping, wiring, equipment installation, and network connections
• Control project schedules and costs; submit regular progress reports and issue notifications
• Identify and resolve on-site technical issues and design changes promptly with appropriate approvals
• Coordinate interface works between water and electrical systems with other disciplines including civil, HVAC, fire protection, low-voltage, and process equipment
• Enforce safety construction standards for temporary power supply and fire protection systems in compliance with regulations

Equipment and Material Management

• Participate in technical selection and procurement evaluation of major equipment including transformers, high and low voltage switchgear, pumps, distribution boxes, and lighting systems
• Conduct inspection and acceptance of incoming materials, verifying brands, models, and specifications
