About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Warehouse Products & Services Marketing Officer at our Trade Fair Complex location in Ojo, Lagos. In this role, you will be responsible for building strong client relationships, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining comprehensive knowledge of warehouse products and market trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers, understanding their needs and preferences
• Identify potential clients and develop targeted strategies to reach and convert them into customers
• Effectively demonstrate and explain the features and benefits of warehouse products and services to potential customers
• Address customer questions, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally
• Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets
• Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process and beyond
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve products, services, and sales strategies
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and awareness of warehouse goods and services
• Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and leads
• Generate regular sales reports and provide insights into sales performance

Requirements

• HND, B.Sc, OND, or NCE qualification in relevant fields
• Sales or Marketing experience with FMCG products (advantageous)
• Ready to commence work immediately
